Major Errors
- Page 11, the strips of numbers: I have two with a heading of “50” and none with a heading of “2”. There should be one of each. And the sixth strip from the right should be deleted.
- Page 20, the parchment image: The lower-left part should be a rectangle with 8 dots, not with 6 dots.
- Page 72, Exercise 2.7: In the quoted problem/solution, “Now multiply 3 + 1/2.” should be “Now multiply 3 + 1/2 by 100.”
Minor Errors
- Page 128, first line: “with with” should be “with the”. Also, in the “Math Justice” section, line 3: “you land you” should be “land you”.
- Page 150, first paragraph: “it is also symbolized” should be “is also symbolizes”
- Page 178, lines 3-4: “as it is appear” should be “as it appears”
- Page 291, “between to points” should be “between two points”
- Page 401, in the middle: “vetex” should be “vertex”
- Page 407, bottom line: “Eulcer” should be “Euler”
- Page 529, the Galois quote: His dates should be (1811-1832).
- Page 548, the “base” entry: “ٱلْقَعْدَة” should be “القاعدة”
- Page 757, the “algebra” entry: “mathematicain” should be “mathematician”. Also, “المقابلة” should be “والمقابلة”.
